Giancarlo Roncato


 

Ciao, I'm Mr. Giancarlo Roncato of Italian origins with over 30 years of working experience in the catering and hospitality industry.

and in the last 10 years a full-time vegan baker and chef at Vegan Sweet Tooth.

I have loved baking since childhood. However, my passion for becoming a vegan baker manifested 

 after being a professional chef in different famous restaurants in the U.K. 

I have been living in London for the past 25 years, and during this time he has built a solid experience in a wide and varied range of restaurants and businesses.

I have been vegan myself for more than 15 years after seeing the exploitation of animal food

I started to create my own free-from, plant-based, and to veganize any Italian recipes
As a natural chef, I bring a unique element of balancing taste and flavor with a nutritional outlook.

I place organic, seasonal, and local foods at the core of my recipes, and I am equipped with the knowledge, experience, and love.

We choose to interact with our customers even at Festivals and work with local small businesses and the community to sell our products.
